Refund policy

All payments are final. We don't give refunds, including for part of a month or year you didn't use.
That's why every plan starts with a 7-day free trial: use everything first, and cancel before the trial ends if Replaybook isn't for you. You won't be charged at all.
Try it before you pay
- Every plan (Replay and Pro, monthly or yearly) starts with 7 days free. A card is needed to start the trial.
- If you don't cancel, the first payment is taken when the trial ends, and then at the start of every month or year.
- To cancel, open the account page linked in your receipt email (Lemon Squeezy's "My Orders" page) and click Cancel. Cancel at least 2 days before the trial ends or before a renewal date, so the cancellation is processed in time.
Payments are final
Once a payment has been taken, it is not refunded or credited. This covers:
- monthly and yearly payments, including automatic renewals;
- the Founding 100 first month and any other discounted price;
- upgrades from Replay to Pro;
- time you didn't use, for example if you cancel halfway through a month or year, stop using the app, or forget to cancel before a renewal.
What happens when you cancel
Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. After that the replay stops, but every backtest, trade, journal entry, note and screenshot stays on your PC and still opens. Nothing is deleted.
Customers in the EU and the UK
Replaybook and its license key are digital content that you get right away. When you start a subscription, you ask for it to be delivered immediately, and you agree that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once your license key has been delivered. The 7-day free trial is there so you can decide before you pay anything.
What this policy doesn't change
- Mistakes in billing. If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, email us and it will be corrected.
- Your rights under the law. If Replaybook doesn't work as described and we can't fix it in a reasonable time, you keep the rights your local consumer law gives you (for example, in the EU, a price reduction or ending the contract). These rights can't be taken away by a policy. Please email us first; most problems are fixed quickly.
Who takes the payment
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which sells Replaybook as our reseller (the "merchant of record"): it charges your card, adds the right VAT or sales tax and sends your receipt. Their Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. Under those terms Lemon Squeezy may, on its own decision, give a refund in a particular case; that is up to Lemon Squeezy, not a promise from us.
Card disputes
If something looks wrong with a charge, please email us before asking your bank for a chargeback. We answer quickly. If a valid payment is disputed, the license key for that order may be turned off.
